Wahaka Joven Nanche

Described as a “vegan pechuga,” Wahaka Mezcal Nanche is made with nanche, a small, sweet, yellow fruit native to tropical America and 100% agave espadín. The mezcal is distilled twice, with the fruit steeped in the spirit during its second distillation. Production is very limited; 102 bottles at 45% ABV.
