Style: Saison • 6.5% ABV
A farmhouse ale aged on whole bean coffee. Light in color with a touch of coffee in the aroma and taste. Our house yeast along with open fermentation and resident ‘Free Range Tarpon Springs Brettanomyces’ add to the complexity of this ale. Brewed using 100% Belgian malt and whole cone noble hops.
