Released in 2013. Einar is from Highland Park’s Warrior series. It is named after Einar Sigurdsson who is documented in the Orkneyinga Saga as ‘hard and successful man’ that once ruled Orkney, where the Highland Park distillery resides. This single malt has been matured in Sherry seasoned American and European oak casks. Warm flavours of zesty dried orange peel and vanilla pods sweetly unfold in each dram of Einar.
