Coriander, green apple, and lots of pears on the nose. Cloudy yellow, lots of carbonation, enormous head. Leafy green apple flavor which transforms into pears, never all that tart. Grassy at times. Carbonation was not as harsh as it might have appeared. Not a typical hefeweizen.
