Black beer, double malt, close to the English tradition both for the ingredients and for the yeast used. He took third place in the 2008 “Birra Dell’Anno” competition in his category. The foam is brown but once compacted takes on a color tending to light hazelnut. It is characterized by an intense aroma in which the smoked, a slight peat and a barely mentioned liquorice emerge slightly. It should be drunk at not too low temperatures, around 12/15 degrees.
