Komes Imperial Stout is a strong, top-fermented beer brewed with Ukrainian hop varieties (Klon and Slovianka). The flavor is roasty, with coffee and chocolate notes, thanks to roasted barley. After a long storage in the brewery, the alcohol in the beer takes a back seat and is delicately warming. With a rich and oily mouthfeel due to the rye malt. Ageing this beer reveals more dark fruit notes.
