Brett Peat Daydream is a blend of three different beers:
1. a Peated Barley Wine Style Ale
2. a Rauch Marzen with a part aged in Scotch Whiskey barrels
3. a Brett Ale which has been innoculated with Brettanomyces before a six month maturation in a steel vessel.
