Sebastian Sauer, brewer from Freigeist Bierkiltur, wrapped up his long trip to North America with stops at West Lakeview Liquors and Northdown Cafe and Taproom this week. Sebastian brought four beers with him for thirsty Chicagoans to try including Abraxxxas (a strong, smoked Berliner Weisse), Ottekolong Kolsch, Pimock Hefeweizen and Hoppeditz Doppel Sticke Altbier.
If you didn’t have a chance to come out to either event but you still want to get a taste of these delicious brews you’re in luck. They will be on tap at Northdown while supplies last and bottles will be available for purchase at West Lakeview Liquors in the near future.
Cheers!
